A ROOF LESS THAN A YEAR OLD. ALREADY SHOWING PROBLEMS.

The homeowner thought her roof was the one thing she didn’t have to worry about.

Until we inspected it.

Lifting architectural shingles. Questionable installation details. Signs of moisture intrusion.

And one question kept coming to mind:

What else did they miss?

A new roof should bring peace of mind, not another list of problems.

At Construction Unlimited, we believe homeowners deserve answers, not assumptions.

Every neighborhood has THAT contractor. 😂🚗💨

The one who’s always “on the way”… until they’re not.

Unfortunately, it’s becoming more and more common. But that doesn’t mean it should ever become the norm.

Show up. Follow through. Do what you say you’re going to do.

It’s not going above and beyond. It’s what every homeowner deserves. 🏠❤️

The storm passes.

Suddenly, the trucks start rolling in.

New faces. New companies. Big promises. Incredible prices.

And everyone’s a roofing expert.

But here’s what every Florida homeowner should be asking:

🏠 Are you actually licensed to perform roofing work in Florida?
🏠 Can I verify your license and insurance?
🏠 How many roofs have you installed here?
🏠 Who’s actually performing the work?
🏠 Who handles warranty issues after the job is finished?
🏠 And most importantly… where will you be six months from now?

We’re not saying every contractor coming into Florida is a bad contractor.

We’re saying you deserve to know who you’re hiring.

At Construction Unlimited, Florida isn’t a temporary opportunity. It’s where we’ve built our business.

We’ve been here. We’re here now. And we’ll be here when you need us again.

Noticed something different about your roof after the storm? Wondering if it's something you should be concerned about?

We know how much your home means to you, and when something doesn't look right, it's natural to have questions.

You don't have to know everything about roofing. That's what our team is here for.

We're here to listen, talk through your concerns, and help you understand your options, whether it's a roof inspection, temporary tarping, or documenting storm damage.

No pressure to have everything figured out before reaching out. Sometimes, the first step is simply having a conversation.

Your home matters to us. And so do your questions.

For our Florida neighbors, give our team a call so we can discuss your location, what you need, and how we may be able to help.

If today is another day of cleanup, please give yourself room to take breaks and stay hydrated.

The forecast is warmer than usual across parts of the Gulf Coast. If you’re working outside, aim for cooler hours when you can, drink water, and rest in the shade.

There is already enough to carry without trying to do everything at once.

To our neighbors in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, we’re thinking of you as you work through this process.

Florida homeowners with roof questions can call us to discuss their location and availability for an inspection or roof damage documentation.

We're here to help.

Recovery doesn’t happen all at once.

Across Florida, Georgia, and Alabama, families are sorting through damage, waiting for power, and figuring out what comes next. We’re thinking of you—and of the neighbors and crews helping along the way.

As cleanup begins, some areas are still dealing with river flooding. Keep following local alerts and don’t drive through flooded roads.

For our Florida neighbors with roof concerns, call us to discuss your location and what you need. We can help you understand the next steps for a roof inspection, tarping, or roof damage documentation, depending on availability in your area.

You don’t need to have every answer before you call.

The storm may be over, but for many Florida families, the uncertainty is just beginning. ❤️

Is the damage serious? Is the roof safe? Who do you call? What happens next?

Those are real questions, and you deserve real answers.

We're not a company chasing storms across the country. We're a Florida roofing company helping our fellow Floridians. This is our home, too.

At Construction Unlimited, we believe showing up matters. Listening matters. And doing the right thing when people need you most matters.

Whether you need an inspection, emergency tarping, or simply someone to walk you through your options, we're here.

No pressure. No scare tactics. Just neighbors helping neighbors.

A damaged roof. A real person to call.

Your home deserves more than a quick fix.

First things first. To everyone who rode out Isaias, the wind, the rain, the long nights without power: we’re sorry you went through that.

Get your family safe, then get that roof covered before the next rain makes it worse.

When you’re ready, here’s what nobody pulling into your neighborhood with an out-of-state plate is going to tell you.

A brand-new roof can still be a quick fix. Storm damage hides in the decking, the underlayment, and the flashing. Skip it, and you pay for it twice.

And some of the crews rolling in this week will be gone by Christmas. Nothing personal. That’s just how storm chasing works.

We’re not that.

Florida company since 2011. Florida license on every truck. A real office and a real phone answered by real people. A warranty that doesn’t leave when the storm does.

Full professional inspection. Every bit of damage documented for your adjuster. A roof done right the first time.
