After the rain comes sunshine, and at Park 4 in Lakeland, progress keeps moving!

💪 Building 100: First tilt-up panel pour completed! Our crews are already preparing for the next pour while continuing work on the ramps and panel forming.

🏗️ Building 200: Panel layout is 60% complete! Crews are making great progress with forming, installing reveals and hardware, and preparing for the next stages of construction.

In partnership with Frampton Construction, Seretta Construction will be taking on the foundation, slabs, 107 tilt-up panels, ramps, and paving.

Another opportunity to do what we do best—building from the ground up! 💪

This project brings 119,570 SF of heavy-duty concrete paving to the Seretta lineup. 💪 Another opportunity for our team to deliver the quality concrete work our partners count on.

Florida weather has been keeping us on our toes, but the crew isn’t letting a little rain get in the way of progress. 🌧️➡️☀️

Slabs are going down at Building 100, and when the sun gives us a window, we make it count! 💪
