Work is moving at Greenland Ridge Storage Facility in Jacksonville, FL — 3 buildings, 112,040 SF, and 130 tilt-up panels.

Proud to be working alongside Dana B. Kenyon Company (DBK) once again and looking forward to seeing this one take shape.

From Vibes Charlotte to Vibes Orlando. 🌴🏗️

After joining the Vibes in Charlotte, Team Seretta was back at it—this time right here at home in Orlando!

President J. Scott Hosking, VP of Florida Operations Mike Green, and Project Managers Daniel Rivas and Juan C. Gonzalez spent the evening catching up with friends and fellow members of the tilt-up community.

Halfway there at O’Reilly Auto Parts in Fort Worth, TX. 🚧

This week, our team reached the halfway point on slab placement for this 508,000-square-foot renovation of an existing distribution facility.

While this project doesn’t include tilt-up panels, it showcases the expertise of our crews delivering high-quality concrete slabs and miscellaneous site work as the transformation continues.

🚧 Steady progress at Tampa Palms Self Storage.

With all tilt-up panels erected, second-floor steel framing in place, and the metal deck complete, our crews are now installing reinforcement for the upcoming slab-on-deck pours as the project continues to move forward.
