🥶 Just in Time for Winter! 🔥

Another job completed by Fixed by Frank! This time, we installed a heating unit inside a large workshop so our client can stay warm and comfortable all winter long while working in their shop.

Here’s what we took care of:
✅ Securely mounted the heating unit using power strut.
✅ Ran the electrical from an existing power source.
✅ Installed the propane lines from the outside tank.
✅ Installed the exhaust vent through the exterior wall.

Everything is installed, secured, and running like a champ! 💪 Now our client is ready to take on those cold winter days without worrying about freezing while working in the shop.

⚡ Another Job Done Right by Fixed by Frank! 🔌

Tired of waiting 20 hours to charge your Tesla? We’ve got a better solution! 🚗⚡

For this customer, we installed conduit for a 60-amp EV charger, running the wiring through the crawlspace and into the basement electrical panel. Now he has a much faster, more capable home charging setup!

We also upgraded the existing 20-amp receptacle to a GFCI outlet, so he can still plug in a vacuum to keep his Tesla looking its best. Two convenient solutions in one simple installation, and one very happy customer!

At Fixed by Frank, we believe in doing the job right and making life a little easier for our customers.

This wraps up the exterior repairs and restorations for this client...and now we move on to the inside projects! 🔨 Stay tuned for updates on that!

The deck received its second coat of paint today, completing the restoration and giving it a fresh new lease on life. What started with rotted and damaged wood is now looking great and ready to enjoy for years to come!

Then it was time to tackle the entry door. Rust and rot had started forming around the window seals and hinges, so we repaired the damaged areas, restored the door, and finished it off with a fresh coat of exterior paint.

One more project repaired instead of replaced, and hopefully ready for another 10 years! 💪

Have something around your home that needs a little attention? Don't replace it just yet. Let Fixed by Frank take a look!

Another deck restoration is coming together! 🔨 STAY TUNED FOR THE FINISHED PHOTOS!

This one started with some pretty serious wood rot on the flooring and the support columns. First we removed the flooring that was rotten, replaced it, and then removed the damaged wood at the bottom of each column. The customer was extremely happy that we could repair the deck without having to tear everything apart. A little extra detail goes a long way! 👌

Victor got everything finish-sanded and taped off, then we put on the first coat of paint. Those white areas will be gray once the finish coat goes on today, and then we'll have the finished photos!

If you have some wood that needs repaired, replaced, or brought back to life, don't wait until the damage gets worse.

🔥 Job Update!

We’re making some progress on a heating setup for a client’s space. The unit is now mounted safely off the ground, with the wall pe*******on and venting being installed. The roof cap is actually configured as a horizontal vent through the side wall, and the propane line will be connected to a 100 lb. tank mounted on the wall.

Once everything is finished, this will provide some much needed heat while working inside the space, without having to freeze while getting the job done! 🥶➡️🔥

We’re still waiting on one more section of pipe before everything is complete. I’ll have the finished photos coming soon!

"Where's that going?"

Frank usually says this after building something extra solid. A shelf, a handrail, a repair...if it feels like it'll outlast the house, he'll grin and ask, "Where's that going?"

His point is simple: build it once, build it right.

That's how we've approached every job for over four decades. We don't believe in shortcuts. We believe in repairs that last.
