✅ Creates structure and solves problems
✅ Drives safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement
✅ Communicates clearly and follows through
✅ Thrives in a demanding, results-driven environment

Steelsmith is a Tampa-based waste disposal, scrap metal recycling, and demolition company operating a growing fleet, more than 400 roll-off containers, and a busy scrap-processing facility. We run on EOS and are serious about building a disciplined, high-performing organization.

If you’re ready to take ownership, lead from the front, and make a measurable impact, we’d like to hear from you.

SteelSmith isn’t for everyone — and that’s exactly the point.

We’re looking for the ones who take pride in every move.
The drivers who don’t just do the job — they own it.
The ones who can thread a truck into tight sites, set cans clean, and roll out like it’s second nature.

If you’re a professional… if you move with precision… if you don’t need babysitting… keep reading.

At SteelSmith, we don’t just fill seats — we build a crew of absolute operators.
