These waterfront homes in St. Pete are built on a mixture of crushed shell, sand and clay.

It's a miracle anything can grow in those conditions. We're providing this turf with an extremely beneficial 1/4" layer of organic matter.

This grass is no longer going to survive, it will thrive!

On these zero lot line, new construction homes.. even though our Earth & Turf Products 410sp can fit through standard 36" gates.. it can't or shouldn't squeeze in to every situation.

Typically the scoop and bucket is to help with edges, unreachable corners, or maybe just a missed spot after completion.

This job had a little over 12" wide of mulch alongside the home and an aluminum fence on the other.. could the spreader have made it through? Probably.. was it safer to hand spread and not cause damage to the home, fence or the spreader? Absolutely.

We never rush a single job, we take our time and make sure it's done right with no short-cuts taken!
