My scope in this project was to remove the old shower in one bathroom, and the wall tile in the other. In doing so we replaced both plumbing valves and installed Delta shower and bath trim kits. This eight square roof with pretty significant rot came out great! In just three short days we replaced an entire side of collapsing sheathing and repaired a bunch of water damaged trusses. Finished off with CertainTeed landmark pro shingles and ridge vent. Thank you Will Israel with WDI Construction for the great help with this one!
