We recently had the pleasure of redoing a deck for some of our dear friends, and WOW! 😍 We couldn’t be happier with how it turned out!

They replaced their old wooden deck with beautiful Trex decking and Trex aluminum railing, and the transformation is incredible! They have such great taste, which made this project so much fun. ❤️

It’s amazing what the right materials and a beautiful vision can do to transform an outdoor space! Now they have a gorgeous, low-maintenance deck that they can enjoy for years to come. ☀️🏡

Thank you for trusting us with your home! We absolutely love how this one turned out! 🖤Pietz Improvements Jordan Bryan Pietz

✨ Makeover Monday is here—and what a transformation! ✨

This kitchen went from dated to stunning, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Take a look at the before-and-after photos and see the incredible difference for yourself!

The transformation couldn’t have turned out better, and we’re thrilled for this homeowner to enjoy their beautiful new space. 🏡❤️

We transformed this backyard into an inviting retreat designed for gathering, relaxing, and making memories. The stunning fire pit takes in stage, surrounded by the warm glow of string lights, while charming stepping stones lead the way to a beautifully crafted patio and brand new outdoor kitchen. Completed just in time for the crisp beautiful days of fall…this outdoor oasis is ready to be enjoyed all season long!

When we arrived at this homeowners house, we realize there was a brand new birds nest with several baby birds and the pergola we were replacing. We created a makeshift structure to move the nest to so the baby birds would not be harmed. The mother was very unhappy at first when we were moving the nest, but then all was well!

The home originally had a screened-in porch, but the homeowner wanted to step it up with a new deck. We relocated the stairs to the higher side of the structure to reduce the pitch and make them more functional and comfortable. The new deck went in where the old stairs used to be, maximizing the space and improving the overall flow.

Everything was restained to create a clean, uniform look, and we added lighting and electrical to make the space just as usable at night as it is during the day. The homeowner had a sharp eye for design, and it shows—the finished product turned out strong, clean, and built to last.

Adding this porch completely changed the look and feel of this home. Clean lines, solid structure, and a big boost in curb appeal.

We also installed new energy-efficient windows throughout—built to perform and made to last.

Next step: replacing all exterior doors to bring everything together. Looking forward to seeing the final product come to life.

One of my favorite transformations! Paint, built-ins, and a new light has made this space so cozy and beautiful!

We spent the past week transforming this client’s kitchen while they were away on vacation ✨

With new countertops, updated cabinet doors, a fresh backsplash, a beautiful new hood, and cabinets extended all the way to the ceiling, the space feels completely elevated and refreshed.

Such a fun project to bring together—there’s nothing better than seeing it all come to life!
