🚿 From One Outdated Bathroom to Two Functional Bathrooms
This project involved a complete transformation of an existing bathroom and closet space into two separate, fully functional bathrooms.
Our scope of work included:
✔️ Full demolition of the existing bathroom and closet
✔️ New framing and layout reconfiguration
✔️ Complete plumbing relocation for both water supply and drainage systems
✔️ Installation of a new exhaust vent system for proper moisture control
✔️ Creation of two independent bathroom spaces:
• One bathroom featuring a bathtub
• One bathroom featuring a walk-in shower
✔️ Careful placement of all fixtures, including toilets, shower systems, faucets, and accessories
✔️ Tile installation and finish carpentry
✔️ Final painting and finishing details
By completely redesigning the floor plan, we transformed an inefficient space into two practical and beautiful bathrooms that provide greater comfort, privacy, and functionality for everyday living.
