I just wanted to share a deck I recently did. Their existing deck was only 8 years old. Typical builder grade deck. The sun had beat this deck up and needed a facelift. Replaced some rotted joists, added additional flashing along the house (and correctly) replaced with heat mitigated decking for the cool barefoot feel and black aluminum railings. No more rot, maintenance, splinters and cracking anymore. A deck for their lifetime!! The customer is very happy and so am I. 😊

Sun scorched pressure treated wood railings/steps were done! Only 6 years old too! Replaced with Long Term Maintenance Free composite railings and steps. No more staining, maintenance, splinters and worry!!! 😊

This was about a twelve year old deck. Decking boards were starting to rot, some joist had rot and the handrails were getting loose. So, we deciding on doing a major facelift on this deck. We added another six ft., added more support, replaced decking with Trex (Honey Grove) and with Trex Enhance railings. It was a totally transformation that turned out beautifully. Great homeowners to work with and it put a smile on their faces. Another great deck to build! 😊🙌

This was a nice job to start off the year with. It was for an old neighborhood friend of 38 years. They are completely redoing their back yard with a deck, pool, hot tub, with landscaping and hardscape! The first phase was for a multi level deck with Trex decking and handrails. Three sets of stairs for easy access to the future pool. What a great addition!! I can just imagine all the fun and memories they will have with this. I’m so grateful to be able to build this deck for them. Thank you Laura and Darrin!!! 😊
