At Kiamichi Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC, we take professionalism, respect, and integrity seriously. We believe that how you treat people matters, regardless of whether they are current clients, potential future clients, or members of our community.

I want to make it clear that disrespectful, inappropriate, or unprofessional behavior is not representative of the values this company stands for. We work hard to build our reputation on honesty, quality workmanship, and treating people right, and we will not tolerate behavior that goes against those standards.

Effective immediately, the employee responsible for this behavior has been terminated and is no longer employed by or authorized to represent Kiamichi Custom Homes & Remodeling LLC.

As the owner of this company, I take full responsibility for ensuring that anyone representing our business upholds the standards of professionalism and respect that our customers and community deserve. Regardless of whether someone is a current client, a potential future client, or simply a member of our community, they deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.

I sincerely apologize to anyone affected by this situation. This behavior does not reflect how I conduct business or the reputation I am working hard to build. I take this matter seriously, and appropriate action has been taken.

This is one of those things that might seem small, but it says a lot about the quality of the work.

This board above the window is roughly 4½ feet long, but whoever installed it came up about 1 inch short. Instead of cutting and installing a full-length piece correctly, they just stuck a 1-inch piece in the gap.

It might get covered up and most people may never notice it, but we notice it.

Details like this are what separate quality craftsmanship from “good enough.” If you’re going to take the time to do the job, do it right. We take pride in our work, even in the areas most people will never see.

Quality matters. The little things matter. And “good enough” isn’t how we do business.

🔥 Bathroom & Bedroom Remodel Update! 🔨

Here’s a look at this project from the very beginning to where we’re at today! We’ve completely gutted the bathroom and bedroom, added a walk in closet and have been putting everything back together from the ground up.

There’s been a lot of work that goes into a remodel like this that you don’t always see in the finished product, but we’re excited to see it all coming together!

We’re not finished yet, but it’s already starting to look like a completely different home. 👀

This is a good reminder to keep an eye on your crawl space. Leaks can happen without you even knowing about them until the damage is already done.

A small leak can turn into foundation issues, wood rot/decay, and mold problems if it goes unnoticed.

Take the time to check your crawl space—you may catch a problem before it becomes a major repair! 🔨🏠
