TIP OF THE DAY
Although Phoenix does not usually have a problem with having too many days of freezes, it does happen on occasion. Now that winter is finally setting in, if you do live an area of Arizona where it gets to freezing, make sure to wrap you pipes. If that is not possible, keep at least one faucet with a slight stream running throughout the night. There is nothing worse than waking up in the morning with no water not to mention damage that can be done from pipes freezing.
