Another project we just finished in Elkton.
The 15’x16’ deck was constructed using Timbertech Driftwood deck boards, white vinyl railing with black balusters and white Versatex trim board.
The 370 sqft patio was built using Cambridge Ledgestone Limestone Quarry pavers with a Coal border. The seating wall is Matryx Limestone Quarry with a Coal cap.
We also enclosed in the back yard with a 6’ tall white vinyl privacy fence.

Amazing before and after pictures of another project that we just completed in Bel Air.
We removed the existing rotted deck. The new 500 sqft deck was constructed with Timbertech Coconut Husk deck boards, Dark Cocoa double picture frame, white vinyl railings with black balusters and white Versatex trim board.
The 10’x10’ gable roof structure was built on top of the deck with wrapped posts and a white beaded ceiling.

Before and after pics of another project we completed in Gambrills. The existing deck framing remained intact but we reinforced it a bit to support the weight of the new structure. The deck boards, railings and steps were removed. We installed Azek Coastline Gray deck boards, white vinyl railings with black balusters and white trim board. The 12’ x 20’ screen room was constructed with a shed style roof and an open beam ceiling with T1-11 panel board.

Before and after pics of another project in Timonium.
The existing deck framing was in good condition so we kept it intact. We removed the wood deck boards railing and steps. We then installed Timbertech Coconut Husk deck boards, white vinyl railings with black aluminum balusters, white pvc trim board and rebuilt both sets of steps.

Another project that we just completed in Owings Mills.
The existing deck boards, railings and steps were removed. The frame was in great condition, which we kept intact. We than installed Timbertech Sea Salt Gray deck boards, white pvc railings with composite drink rail and black aluminum balusters, white Versatex trim board, a wider set of steps and white vinyl lattice below.

Here are a few before and after pics of another project we just finished in Randallstown.
We removed the existing wood deck and replaced it with a new 260 sqft deck using Timbertech Maritime Gray deck boards, white vinyl railing, Versatex trim board and vinyl lattice below with an access door.

Before and after pictures of another project that we just completed in Aberdeen. This 390 sqft deck and screen room was constructed using Timbertech Sea Salt Gray deck boards, white vinyl railings with black balusters and white pvc trim board.
The gable roof screen room was finished with a 36” high knee wall with white vinyl bead board on the interior as well as the ceiling, matching siding on the outside and a 36” glass storm door.

We removed the deck boards, railings and steps. The main deck framing remained intact.
We then installed Timbertech Sea Salt Gray deck boards, white pvc railings with black balusters, Driftwood ‘drink’ and white pvc trim board.
