This Downs on the Severn home got a full first-floor refresh, inside and out.

We started with the structure. The openings in the family room and primary bedroom were expanded to consistent heights, with new laminated beam headers to carry the load.

From there, Marvin Elevate windows and doors brought in more light and a cleaner line throughout.

Then came the finishes: every wall, ceiling, and piece of trim on the first floor painted in Sherwin-Williams Emerald, a newly stained brick fireplace, and added recessed lighting to tie it all together.
