Koch Homes has been building new homes in Anne Arundel County since 1951. There's a good reason people admire Koch Homes. He built his stellar reputation on it.

It's because from the very beginning quality and style were paramount in Ross Koch's concept for his company, which broke ground in 1951. Over 50 years later, Koch Homes still adheres to the same standards. Koch Homes has grown to be one of the most highly regarded and prestigious builders in Anne Arundel County. If you own a Koch Home, you know that you own a home of quality. That's because attention to detail, finely developed craftsmanship and award winning community development insure that a Koch Home is truly one of excellent value. Koch Homes has won more industry awards than any other builder in Anne Arundel County. Koch Homes has been recognized by the Home Builders Association of Maryland with 14 prestigious awards in the past 5 years including "Project of the Year" for its Farmington Village Community. So, if you're looking for an estate-quality home, then a Koch Home will surely impress you. Just take a tour through our site or visit one of our fine communities. You'll see for yourself that, just as Ross Koch knew a half century ago, quality and style speak for themselves.
