We love a good arch.

It’s one of those architectural details that instantly makes a home feel more thoughtful, custom, and inviting.

Whether it’s leading into a pantry, framing a hallway, or creating a beautiful transition between spaces, an arch has a way of softening a room while adding so much character.

Some of our favorite projects include these architectural moments—not because they’re trendy, but because they’re timeless. They draw your eye, create interest, and make a home feel like it was designed specifically for the people who live there.

When we’re designing and renovating homes, we’re always looking beyond the finishes and furnishings. The architectural details are often what make a space truly special. Features like arches add dimension, create natural focal points, and help tell the story of a home in a way that feels intentional and unique.

If you haven’t had the pleasure of drinking a Sgroppino, this is your sign!

Sgroppino is an Italian cocktail served in Italy, typically as an after-dinner cocktail and dessert. The slushy, lightly fizzy texture, comes from a combination of sorbet, vodka and Prosecco.
It’s the perfect refreshing cocktail on a hot summer day, you’ll want to drink it quickly once it’s in front of you!

Here’s the recipe:

Ingredients

• Frozen lemon sorbet - ¼ cup (about one scoop) Sgroppino is traditionally made with lemon sorbet, but you can replace it with lemon gelato, for a creamier texture. Lemon ice cream or sherbet is fine too.

• Prosecco - 3 oz, chilled - since there are only 3 ingredients, use a good quality Prosecco.

• Vodka - 1 oz, chilled

Step 1

Scoop the frozen sorbet into a bowl. Pour in half of the Prosecco and whisk until you have a smooth icy mixture.
Whisk in the vodka and remaining Prosecco.
This can also be done in a blender.

Step 2

Freeze.

Step 3

Serve. Pour into champagne flutes or other pretty glasses, and garnish with a fresh sprig of fresh mint or a twist of lemon.

Use NA sparkling wine and elder flower syrup (no vodka) for a non alcoholic alternative.

Before and After - Eastport Project

This project was for a couple who made the intentional decision to downsize and in doing so, created space for something more meaningful. A home that works beautifully for the way they actually live.
We believe luxury isn’t defined by size.
It’s defined by thoughtfulness.
Every inch of this kitchen was considered.
From tailored storage solutions to materials that feel elevated yet approachable. The layout is effortless, the details are quiet but impactful, and nothing was done without purpose.

Pantries are having a moment… and we are here for it.
This is not your old run-of-the-mill pantry with wire shelves and a cluttered mess hidden behind a door. We are seeing a movement toward pantries becoming an extension of the kitchen itself — thoughtfully designed, beautifully organized, and full of personality.
It’s become one of our favorite spaces to have a little fun with color, add practical organization, and create something that not only functions beautifully for everyday life, but looks beautiful too.
From custom shelving and warm wood tones to hidden appliances, coffee stations, and layered details, today’s pantry is just as curated as the kitchen it supports.
Because functional can absolutely be beautiful.

Photo days are truly a labor of love.

These are long days of styling, fluffing pillows, moving accessories from room to room, adjusting lighting, and making sure every detail feels just right, seeing our work captured in a way that others can enjoy and feel inspired by makes it all so worth it.
