Looking back at some pictures from last winter I was reminded of this project and how great it was. A very old, somewhat dilapidated boat house with a bunk house up top, we cleaned it out, made some foundation repairs, removed the center wall, replaced some tongue and groove, put up a couple more beams, added some electrical, added a larger window and new entry door, painted the interior and installed new flooring for our customers to now have an extra usable living space for their kids and guests.

This was definitely a high light of last year and would love to do another one this winter! Reach out if you’re interested!

Also, Winter is the best time to clean out trash from a boat house and make some modifications!

Had the supervisor stop by to make sure we were working. He brought his fishing pole and caught a few nice sunnies off the dock!
