🛁 Bathroom Trends for 2026: Creating a True Retreat at Home

Here’s what we’re seeing for 2026:

• Spa-Like Spaces - Large-format tiles and fewer grout lines create a seamless, calming look that also makes cleaning easier.

• Furniture-Style Vanities - Vanities are moving away from basic cabinetry and toward pieces that feel like custom furniture, often in warm wood tones.

• Layered Lighting - From under-vanity lighting to illuminated mirrors, lighting is being used to add both function and ambiance.

• Natural Materials - Stone, wood, and textured surfaces bring warmth and a timeless, organic feel to the space.

If you’re planning a remodel, this is the direction design is heading—and it’s one worth investing in.

Message me if you’re thinking about updating your bathroom. I’m happy to help you plan it the right way from the start.

🍽️ Kitchen Trends for 2026

Warmth & Texture - Natural wood is leading the way—think rift-cut white oak and walnut paired with warm, soft neutrals like terracotta, beige, and earthy grays.

Soft Curves - We’re moving away from harsh lines. Rounded cabinetry, curved islands, and arched openings create a softer, more inviting feel.

Integrated Technology & Storage - Clean, clutter-free kitchens are in. Appliance garages, hidden pantries, and smart appliances keep everything functional but out of sight.

Statement Stone - Full slab backsplashes that match your countertops are making a bold statement—especially with dramatic veining.

Dual-Tone Islands - The island is the star. A contrasting finish adds depth and becomes a true focal point.

Thinking about updating your kitchen or bath? Let’s create a space that feels current and timeless.
