It's great to see steady progress at this Ann Arbor residence. All windows and doors have been installed, and cladding materials are being applied. We love the way the warm tones of the natural wood siding complement the painted lap siding.

While on site, one of the neighborhood residents stopped by to tell us how happy they are with the way the project is shaping up, and they can't wait to meet the owners.

We're excited to see the completed exterior the next time we visit!

We’re excited to share final photography of Petersen Industries, LLC's, engineering, service, & logistics building in Florida!

Petersen Industries continues to grow as a leading manufacturer of grapple trucks, knuckle boom loaders, and bulky waste collection equipment; this project brought together functionality, efficiency, and a strong industrial presence.

It’s rewarding to see the completed space and the vision come together. Thank you to the entire project team, including Whitehead Construction and TLC Engineering Solutions, for the collaboration from start to finish.

Celebrating an award-winning member of our team!

Congratulations to OX Studio Project Manager Matt Biglin, whose work on BASK Detroit was recognized with a 2026 AIA Detroit Honor Award in the Small Project category!

Located in Detroit's Brush Park neighborhood, BASK is a contemporary wellness destination featuring sauna, cold plunge, and thoughtfully designed gathering spaces.

Designed through Matt's independent practice, Studio Biglin, in collaboration with Faber Design, the project demonstrates the impact of thoughtful design within a modest footprint.

We're proud to celebrate Matt's accomplishment and congratulate the entire BASK project team on this well-deserved recognition!

Please join us in welcoming Nathan Davis to O|X Studio as our newest Architectural Associate!

The majority of his architectural career has been spent contributing to a wide range of project typologies, including municipal, hospitality, retail, cannabis, and mixed-use developments. Before moving to Michigan, Nathan lived in Boston, where he worked at a national boutique design firm. As someone who values relationships, Nathan came back to the Midwest to be closer to family and friends.

We're excited to have Nathan on our team and look forward to the expertise and perspective he'll bring to our clients and projects.

A great few days at the 37th Annual AIA Michigan Design Retreat!

O|X Studio had the opportunity to present our award-winning Kelly & Matthew Stafford & Friends Education & Play Center project and share more about the design process, challenges, and creative problem-solving that shaped the final space.

Beyond presenting, we enjoyed stepping away from the day-to-day to connect with fellow architects and designers, exchange ideas, and take in some inspiration at Torch Lake.

Thank you to AIA Michigan for bringing the design community together and for giving us the opportunity to be part of this year’s retreat!
