Fabrication Friday!🔧

This week, we’re highlighting a 24-by-12-foot containment pan our team detailed and fabricated in-house from 304 stainless steel in just two weeks.

Built for a pump house, it helps keep highly corrosive liquid contained and away from the surrounding critical environment. Once it arrived onsite, the pan was set by crane and installed in just 15 minutes. 🏗️⏱️

From shop fabrication to field installation, careful planning and coordination helped deliver a safe, efficient solution for a client. ✅

Planning. Precision. A helicopter lift over downtown Des Moines. 🚁

When a street shutdown was not feasible and crane availability threatened to extend the schedule, Baker Group found another way forward. Our team coordinated a helicopter lift to place updated HVAC equipment within a recessed floor of one of the city’s tallest buildings.
