Since its inception, Leever Homes has realized the relationship between builder and customer is the most important aspect of the building process. Simply constructing a house is one thing, and many contractors can erect a structure. However, making the process enjoyable, seamless and a pleasure is another, and this is what sets Leever Homes apart from rest.

This customer has a south-facing home. It was hard to be on that deck in the evening. That's where we stepped in and put a roof over the existing deck. Now they're able to hang out there in the evenings and enjoy that space much more! If you need your deck covered don't hesitate to reach out to us!

We're at the framing stage for the full basement remodel. One of the many things we do is water prevention. Before the studs get framed on the exterior walls, we install 1/2 polystyrene on the foundation walls. This ensures that if your existing foundation ever cracks, it will run down the poly and not get into your insulation, potentially creating mold. We'll also advise installing a battery backup sump pump while our plumbers are there to ease your mind about your freshly done basement.
