Today I was ripping some extension jams I painted yesterday and I was in my driveway and some people were walking by. I had a couple grandkids with them all sudden they stop start talking said you do a nice job. I said said thanks. I try hard at it !!then we just start talking come to find out they were from Utah visiting their daughter and so I let him go in and look at all my deer mounts and turkeys and birds and fish and so the kids could look at them. It’s kind of a neat deal. They were very nice people. And I said Utah is beautiful. I said I’d love to go hunting out there. they told me their neighbor was a big hunter and if I ever came out there, I could stay at their house that was probably one of the nicest things well I got the window trimmed!

Today was a big day job 700 was finished today never would’ve thought I’d do 700 jobs being in business myself crazy and everyone took a toll on me every one of those jobs. It’s hard work.

I will be finishing up job 699 today. Flooded basement for a nice old lady 84 years old, sharp a tack she’s like my grandma now yesterday came. I came in and she made me cookies not a lot of people do that for me so those really stand out to me. !!This one’s really hurt my body like you would not believe finishing sheet rock 2 foot up all around the basement painting , and bathroom flooring ,doing all the trim putting all the trim back on had a helper for the sheet rock hanging a little bit of the spray but most of all it’s just been me!!!🥵😳

I normally don’t like to do two jobs at once, but I had to go do something for my insurance man that had a little water damage in this basement so I can start drying out so he will be number job 700 which I never thought I would ever do 700 jobs since I’ve been in business. It just doesn’t even seem real. I’m so exhausted all the time it seems like I’m constantly working to keep things going !!! owning your own business is a lot of work. It’s not what people think it’s up to be like you just got made cause you’re your own business not the case. I work hard I work in the heat. It takes a toll on me and I keep going!!!
