Last year, a tornado tore through the area, this home was left half destroyed. Plywood blew off the main roof, several trusses were split, and the large back garage was a total loss.

Renomads took it all on. Here's just a few of the projects our crew tackled:

• New roof on the entire home and the back garage
• Back garage rebuilt, start to finish
• Full re-siding of the house
• Several windows and doors replaced
• New gutters and downspout drainage
• Fresh paint job
• Concrete work
• Every deck replaced

Landscaping was done by Beeler Landscaping, and it finished the whole property off.

Texture going up, one pass at a time.

This is part of a big basement finishing project we've been working on. Before any texture gets sprayed, the room is taped off and covered in plastic. Then Ben sprays it in even coats so the finish looks the same from wall to wall. The prep is what keeps the rest of the house clean.

Our crew handles the whole job, from framing and drywall to texture and paint. No subcontractors, no waiting on someone else to show up. One team, one call.

Sometimes the window is the least of your problems 👀

What looked like a simple window swap turned into finding rotted wall framing hiding underneath. So we pulled it all out, rebuilt it right, put in proper waterproofing, and set a brand new window that'll actually keep the weather out for good.

This is why we always take a closer look before we start. Catching stuff like this now saves you a much bigger headache down the road.

Some bathrooms just need a fresh start 🧡

This one was a full gut job: demo, new plumbing, new electrical, new window, new door, new vent fan, subway tile, and those gorgeous burnt orange walls. Swipe through to see just how far this bathroom came!

Brandon and Conor took this one from demo day to done, and every detail shows it. That's the kind of work you get when the same crew sees a project through start to finish.

Dirt, grime, and years of buildup don't stand a chance.

This deck got a thorough power wash and you can see the difference happening in real time. Half clean, half not, and the transformation speaks for itself.

Power washing is one of the simplest ways to bring an outdoor space back to life without a full remodel. It's quick, affordable, and makes a huge visual impact.

Before and after doesn’t get much more satisfying than this.

This deck was weathered, gray, and losing its appeal. Seth and Will gave it a full power wash to strip away years of dirt and grime, then applied a fresh stain to bring the wood back to life. Not only does it look better, the stain helps seal and protect the wood so it holds up against the weather for years to come.

If your deck is looking tired, don’t wait until it needs to be replaced. A good cleaning and stain job can add years of life and completely change the look of your outdoor space.

This one was a full bathroom overhaul for Brandon and Conor. We pulled out the old tub and shower combo and split it into two area that actually work for the client. One side is now a full tile walk in shower with built in shelves. The other became real storage space instead of a dark shower that wasn’t ideal.

We kept the original vanity and gave it new paint and hardware instead of a full replacement. Similar layout overall, totally different feel, and it kept the budget in check. The water closet got new flooring too so it matches the rest of the space instead of feeling like an afterthought.

We also added grab bars throughout for safety and accessibility. Small detail, big difference for day to day use.
