Thermal Polymer Systems, LC is seeking dedicated and reliable individuals to join our team and learn the valuable trade of rubber lining and specialty coatings. This is a full-time career opportunity for those looking to build a future in a skilled trade.

Apprentices will be trained in all aspects of our craft, working in both our Angleton shop and on-site at client facilities depending on project needs.

Candidate Requirements:
To ensure the safety and security of our team and meet the strict access requirements of our industrial clients, all applicants must meet the following criteria:

Must successfully pass a pre-employment hair follicle drug screening.

A valid, current Texas Driver's License is required for insurance purposes (State ID cards are not sufficient).

Must be punctual, dependable, and have reliable transportation.

Must be able to read and speak English.

Must be able to pass extensive, client-mandated background checks for access to secure industrial facilities.

Ability to travel within Texas for various projects is required.

A TWIC card is a plus but not mandatory.
