We’re now serving Houston and all surrounding areas within a 100-mile radius! A+ Remodeling and Restoration is a full-service general contracting, construction, and remodeling company with over 10 years of experience. Owner Tyler Kivi began his career as a pipe fitter building scaffolding, and during a layoff, he discovered his passion for subcontracting. His dedication and quality work quickly earned him a strong reputation. Encouraged by positive client feedback, Tyler went all in, starting the business the old-fashioned way—knocking on doors and making cold calls. After Hurricane Harvey, demand soared, and word-of-mouth referrals have kept the business thriving ever since. Officially registered in 2017, A+ Remodeling and Restoration LLC brings expertise, genuine care, and a focus on communication, service, and satisfaction to every project. Whenever possible, the company partners with local businesses and suppliers, like Lake Hardware and Lumber in Angleton, TX, and is proud to be a member of the Angleton Chamber of Commerce.
