When he's not on the job, you'll probably find him cheering on the Houston Astros or heading to baseball and softball tournaments with his four kids. ⚾

Meet Carla, our CSR Manager and this week's CSR Spotlight! 🌟

Carla has been with Davis AC for 5 years and is currently an STCU Certified CSR/Dispatcher Commander and STCU Residential Certified Technician Commander- working hard through her Service Titan certifications and always striving to provide the best possible customer experience.

Ask Carla what she loves most about her job, and she'll tell you it's turning a frustrated customer's bad experience into a positive one, and helping her team grow. She recently did just that for a longtime customer who felt unheard- Carla listened, matched her with the technician she knew would help most, and turned the situation around completely.

Carla describes herself as empathetic, trustworthy, and dependable- and it shows in everything she does for our customers and her team.

Her manager put it best: "Carla always puts our customers first. Whether that's making sure we get the correct part needed to repair their system, optimizing our schedule so we can take care of all of our customers on time, or simply lending an ear when a customer needs it- Carla always steps up. We're so lucky to have her on our team."

Outside of work, Carla loves spending time with her family and her husband and can often be found working in the yard. She's also the proud mom of a pup named Pickles! 🐾
