Primarily performing air sealing and re-insulation on older homes. BPI certification is a plus. Knowledge of blower door testing is also a plus.

Physical Requirements –
climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crawling in tight spaces, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, repetitive motions and able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
This position is for workers who do not mind working in the MN weather elements and who don’t mind getting DIRTY.
Requirements – Valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation
Must be dependable, reliable, honest, and be a fast and efficient
Pay: $19.00 - $30.00 per hour
