The customer brought us a complex original part and needed it replicated. We took it from there — laid it out, cut all 12 from a single piece of material then media tumbled until we got finished parts.

Started as one big piece of steel.
Ended up as a stack of parts ready to work.

Our CNC press brake is now fully operational, and that means the old compromises are gone. No more relief cuts. No more locating marks. No more designing around limitations of outdated equipment.

The result is stronger parts, cleaner bends, tighter tolerances, and a finished product that looks and performs the way it should.
