We realize many people's water wells have been affected by the historic floods of this past week. If you are having well issues, please give us a call at 765-642-2092. And if anyone tells you need a new well or a new pump, please call us before doing anything. Jon and Duane are great at diagnosing problems and always try to fix things rather than replace them. Just know that you don't have to go it alone in this season.

Jon and Duane went on a service call recently to an elderly couple who were having problems with a pressure tank that a plumber had just installed for them. Turns out the plumber had purchased a cheap tank at a local hardware store (and then charged the couple 3 times what he'd paid for it.) Unfortunately, many folks don't realize that the warranties on hardware store tanks and pumps are non-transferable to the customer if purchased by the installer.

The guys were able to get their tank running, but it's a good reminder to always use a licensed well professional that's an authorized dealer selling quality products that come with transferable warranties.

"After peterman coming out and quoting us 20k to relocate our well and abandon the new one without fixing or even trying to fix the problem.. I called a few companies to get quotes and let me first start by saying how swiftly Jon came out and checked it himself. Found the problem right away (showed us the issue as well) and offered to try to fix it without demolishing our porch and without relocating. (Those would be second and third options) They came back after the weekend and fixed it. Literally saved us thousands of dollars.
