Maybe we have a water line addiction 😂

💧🐄 OUT WITH THE OLD, IN WITH THE BOHLMANN! 🐄💧

Ask anyone who currently has a Bohlmann Constant Flow Waterer, the little to no ice in the winter time is worth the investment.

We took out the old, dysfunctional waterers that had apparently decided their new career was “look good while doing nothing but cause problems” 😂 and replaced them with these “Cadillac” waterers.

No more fighting with old ones that freeze up, quit working, or require you to perform a small-scale excavation project every time something goes wrong.

Lemm Excavation LLC can handle the whole setup — excavation, water line installation, hydrants, livestock waterers, drainage and everything in between.

He’s 6 years old, has zero years of experience, demands snacks every 30 minutes, and still somehow made it onto payroll. 😂 He can probably tell you more about automatic waterers than I can!

All jokes aside, watching this little guy learn to work alongside me, and ask to do more of it, is pretty dang special and rare. Teaching him manual labor and work ethic is so rewarding as a parent. I don’t know of any other 6 year old who can EFFICIENTLY run a mini x, but this kid sure can.

Couldn’t be prouder. 👍🏽

The equipment may get bigger, the jobs may get bigger, but these are the moments I’ll remember forever.

I know, I know… I’ve been slacking HARD on the posts lately. 😂

But in my defense, we’ve been BUSY. Like, “who has time to stop and take pictures when there’s work to be done?” busy. And honestly… that’s a pretty dang good problem to have. 🙌

So, with that said, I’d like to introduce our newest part-time employee and future full-time employee… my wife! 😂❤️

She’s been jumping in, getting her hands dirty, learning the ropes, and proving that apparently marrying the boss comes with a pretty questionable job description. 😂

Couldn’t do it without her, and I’m pretty lucky to have a partner who’s willing to jump in and help make this thing grow.

More work. More dirt. More water. More chaos. And hopefully a few more posts along the way. 😂

Stay tuned — we’ve got a lot going on!

Out here putting in underground water systems and convincing giant tractor tires to cooperate with my plans. 😂 Cows will sure like the fresh water at all times!

If your yard starts turning into a swamp—don’t worry, we speak fluent “uh oh.” Show up and the ground is wetter than a duck’s backyard 🦆💦

Dig a little… dig a little more…
And BAM — pipe’s blown out like it’s trying to water the whole neighborhood.

Good news: we got it handled.
Bad news: my boots may never be the same.

Another day, another happy herd 🐄💧

Got these Cobett waterers set this fall before the cold hit! They are ready to keep the livestock watered year-round — no ice, no headaches, just clean water on demand.

Basically installed a 24/7 drink station… nicer than what I’ve got at home 😅

If your animals are still breaking ice every morning, it might be time to upgrade.
