Today, our Business Development team hit the road to visit job sites across Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina alongside a few of our summer interns.

From walking active projects to hearing directly from our Superintendents about site logistics, safety, coordination, and the vision behind each job, it was a hands-on learning experience for everyone involved.

Days like this matter. They help connect the teams in the field with the teams supporting the work behind the scenes — strengthening communication, collaboration, and the relationships that keep our projects running safely and successfully.

Throwing it back to The Atlas Project at Inland Port Greer — a nearly 150,000 SF speculative facility built with flexibility, growth, and the future in mind.

From tilt-up construction to the wide-open floor plan and adaptable design, this project was built to serve the evolving needs of businesses in one of the Upstate’s fastest-growing industrial corridors.

Projects like Atlas are a reminder of how long our team has been invested in building throughout the Spartanburg and Greer area. As the Upstate continues to grow, we’re proud to have played a role in shaping the industrial and commercial spaces that help drive it forward.

Progress is taking shape at the Carolina Governor's School for the Arts and Humanities in downtown Greenville, and this carousel shows just how far things have come on site.

From the new covered patio and freshly poured concrete to the expanded interior footprint and ongoing cafeteria renovations, each phase is moving this space closer to something really special for students and staff.

Working in and around an active campus and tight downtown conditions in Greenville definitely comes with its challenges—but our team has handled it seamlessly. Coordinating around students, limited access areas, and a busy footprint hasn’t slowed progress down; it’s just made precision and communication that much more important.

The new Safe Harbor Headquarters in Greenville is truly starting to reveal what it will become — a place built for safety, dignity, and healing.

This first-of-its-kind shelter and resource center is nearing completion, and every detail reflects a simple but powerful goal: to create a place of safety, dignity, and healing for those who need it most. With 65 private beds, thoughtfully designed family suites, and trauma-informed spaces, this facility is built to meet people where they are and help them take the next step forward with care and respect.

We are deeply grateful to be part of this work alongside Safe Harbor and so many dedicated partners. In a community where the need is real and urgent, this new headquarters represents hope, stability, and a fresh start for survivors and their children.

As we move closer to opening the doors, we’re reminded that this isn’t just a building — it’s a place where healing begins, and futures are rebuilt.
