This boiler replacement was much more than simply swapping out equipment.
Behind the finished product was a full process:
🔧 Flushing and cleaning all three hydronic loops
🔧 Draining and removing the existing boiler and indirect water heater
🔧 Installing a new IBC SL Series boiler and 55-gallon indirect water heater
🔧 Installing a hydraulic separator, zone pumps, controls, and a 3-zone PEX manifold
🔧 Installing system filtration and all necessary piping and components
🔧 Running new venting and condensate drainage
🔧 Properly filling and purging the system with glycol
🔧 Starting everything up and verifying proper operation, temperatures, and zone performance
🔧 Cleaning up, hauling away the old equipment and materials, and leaving the mechanical room ready for the homeowner
And that’s only some of the work that happens between the BEFORE and AFTER.
For our team, the job isn’t finished when the new equipment is running. It’s finished when the system is operating properly, the details are taken care of, and the space is left better than we found it.
The finished installation is what you see. The craftsmanship is everything that happens in between.
