" We have owned our Hot Springs spa for almost 6 years and have always had wonderful service - from the initial sale to maintenance assistance. But we just experienced over-the-top customer service and action when our hot tub was in dire need. Thank you Tyler, Isaac and Tish for going the extra mile to save our tub! As a caregiver to my husband who has stage 4 pancreatic cancer, I simply did not have the time, energy, or know-how to deal with home emergencies as we are traveling for his treatments in a few days.
