We love helping our clients reimagined spaces come alive! This shower still needs some drywall love, but our part in this space has been completed. Marbled tile means extra care to ensure a cohesive layout.

Laying out tile prior to mixing mud can really make or break how well the tile install goes. Matching veining on marbled tile is non optional for Alex. When the wall looks like one solid piece of stone, he’s satisfied.

Adding accents to walls can help the flow and aesthetic, but sometimes what works in our minds, doesn’t work in reality. Changes had to be made, but they were made for the better!

Our clients are happy, and we’re thrilled to be part of their reimagined space!

The General Contractor Study Series…

We knew getting licensed was going to take work. We debated trying the handyman route or even just a specialty route, but holding a GC with a residential endorsement means we’ve been able to and are able to work on some really great projects inside our clients homes.

The groundwork to being fully licensed, bonded, and insured is not cheap and had its challenges, but Alex studied, took his required course, tested, retested twice, waited, and coordinated with the state enough to become official.

He might not want to, or be willing to do every job he’s licensed for, but he has reference books for when clients have questions or he needs a refresher.

Not every bathroom needs a full remodel. The three bathrooms in this home just needed some updated flooring…two with radiant heating systems!

It has been a true joy to work with and for these clients as they reimagine their spaces with simple upgrades.

As you can see, we’re patiently waiting for the crafted wood molding from …and of course the star of the stage, but our clients had a vision for this corner hearth, and these wall tiles from found never disappoint!

This bathroom was reimagined with a whole lot of love and light! We are so grateful to be part of this remodel journey. These two bathrooms were the last on the clients “needs remodeled” list and now their home is complete!

No project is without its hang ups. We ran into issues with the vanity, the tile, the fan, and the sink drain…but Alex communicated the issues he found, the clients communicated their concerns and all matters have been resolved!
