NIMA Corporation Shareholder Dividend Announcement
The NIMA Corporation Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $10.00 per share on all outstanding NIMA Corporation Common Stock entitled to participate therein (Record Date: May 22, 2026). Distributions are made through the NIMA Corporation Settlement Trust per Section 39 of ANCSA and federal law to Primary Beneficiaries — current holders of NIMA Corporation Common Stock under Section 7(h)(1) of ANCSA — on a pro rata basis.
