We had a great time camping and hiking the trails around Caines Head near Seward with the CRW CReW and friends. The area features long beaches, lush temperate rainforests, and fascinating World War II history. We even managed to beat the incoming tide on our hike back, just barely!

CRW Engineering Group sponsored a trail maintenance project last week in Far North Bicentennial Park (FNBP).

This is part of the Alaska Trails Stewards Program, where volunteers partner with public land managers to help construct and maintain local trails. Last season the program included 290 volunteers helping with 26 events located throughout Alaska.
