Power Plus is proud to support W.E. O'Neil Construction at the Belmont Village Senior Living Encinitas in CA.

This luxury, multi-level senior living community is being built on a 6.7-acre hillside. Even while crews are still grading and preparing the site, Power Plus has already installed the temporary power needed to keep the project moving and is ready to support additional power needs as the site evolves.

Servicing a backup generator for a business in a busy urban high-rise environment takes more than technical work. It takes logistics.

Large equipment has to be positioned safely. Heavy temporary cabling has to be routed through tight access points. Transformer equipment has to be coordinated. And everything needs to be ready before the planned electrical work begins.
