What does it take to properly outfit a superintendent’s job trailer?

Apparently the essentials are pretty simple: a microwave, TV, plenty of whiteboard space, and a solid three week look ahead. 😂

The microwave keeps the superintendent alive. The whiteboards keep everyone organized. And the three week look ahead keeps the project moving.

There’s a lot of planning and coordination that happens inside these trailers every day. It may not be the most glamorous office, but it’s where a lot of the decisions get made that keep a jobsite moving.

Concrete is done and we are vertical with steel and wood at the new The Grille restaurant in Boise!

Look closely at the concrete pour photos and you’ll see the kitchen floor drains. Each one has to line up with the equipment layout before the concrete is poured. Above ground, plumbing, electrical, ventilation, and fire protection all have to come together around that same plan.

Commercial kitchens take a tremendous amount of coordination, and we appreciate our crews and trade partners working through the details to bring this one to life!

Another great recognition for an outstanding project!

Last night, our Grand Peaks Medical Dental Behavioral Health Pharmacy project in Ammon received an Honorable Mention at the Idaho Business Review's Top Projects Awards!

Congratulations to Lori Sessions and the entire Grand Peaks team on this well-deserved recognition! It was a privilege to help bring Lori's vision to life and create a facility that will serve our community for years to come.

A huge shoutout to our CSC project team, Resin Architecture, and all of our trade partners who worked so hard to make this project a success. Projects like this are a great reminder of what can be accomplished when you have an incredible team working together.

We're proud of what we built, the relationships we developed, and the recognition this project has received!

What does a superintendent do all day? I asked one of ours, and his answer says a lot about the job.

From coordinating trade partners and answering a steady stream of phone calls to solving problems before they slow the crew down, a good superintendent keeps dozens of things moving at once.

It might look like they’re “just standing there” for a moment, but chances are they’re already thinking three steps ahead. We appreciate the people who keep our jobsites running.

A shoutout to everyone in construction who has opened one of these doors on a hot summer afternoon and thought, “You know what? I can wait.” 😂

The work we do isn’t always glamorous, and these little green buildings are part of life on the jobsite. Here’s to the crews who show up every day and get the job done, even when the facilities leave a little to be desired.

Congratulations to the Sparks family and everyone at Modern Home on the ribbon cutting for their new Pocatello store!

We built their first Idaho Falls location about 10 years ago, so it was a pleasure to work with them again as they expanded to Pocatello. We’ve loved seeing their family business grow.

A beloved furniture store from Idaho Falls has officially expanded to Pocatello. On September 23, members of the Pocatello-Chubbuck Chamber of Commerce and employees and owners of Modern Home cut the ribbon on their new location.

A big step forward at our Caliber Collision project in Kuna, Idaho. The crew was on site pouring the slab, and we caught a few photos of the work in progress.

Thanks to our concrete trade partners for the preparation and hard work that goes into a successful pour. We’re looking forward to seeing steel going vertical shortly!
