Good evening everyone!!! This latest remodel is in Berea and will hit the market soon!!!

I forgot to take before pictures, ugh…. But you’ve seen enough of my posts to know this house wasn’t much different than the others 😁😁😁

We eliminated one bedroom, to turn the back section of the house into a master suite!!! New paint everywhere, along with pretty much new everywhere also. lol

God bless!!!

Good evening everyone. Next flip house on the market soon. Cute little bungalow(kinda reminds me of my first house). In Lorain, great starter home for someone!!!

As always, we pretty much touched every surface somehow 😁😁😁
Reach out if you have any questions!

Free estimates as always, and…..

Wallpaper is a tricky thing to bid on. Sometimes it comes off easy, other times it’s a pain. SOMETIMES there’s even more than one layer(ugh). All things you never know when bidding a job. That’s why when you get an estimate from me for wallpaper removal, it’s a pretty big wide price range. I hate to do it, but I just have too. Gotta make sure I cover my behind!!! lol

With all that being said, it’s pretty satisfying seeing what the potential is for a wall that is now paper free and all clean ready for mud work & paint. On to the next wall 😁😁😁

God bless!!!

Or you can just leave them all in your backseat for months. Lol

Latest flip house!!!

This one is in Westlake on Hilliard. Going on the market soon!!! Keep an eye out.

Again, like always, so so much to say about what was done. GB Reno had walls taken out, beams installed, laundry moved, master suite added.

And of course all things painted by yours truly 😁😁😁

On to the next!!!

God bless
