Wallpaper is a tricky thing to bid on. Sometimes it comes off easy, other times it’s a pain. SOMETIMES there’s even more than one layer(ugh). All things you never know when bidding a job. That’s why when you get an estimate from me for wallpaper removal, it’s a pretty big wide price range. I hate to do it, but I just have too. Gotta make sure I cover my behind!!! lol

With all that being said, it’s pretty satisfying seeing what the potential is for a wall that is now paper free and all clean ready for mud work & paint. On to the next wall 😁😁😁

Again, like always, so so much to say about what was done. GB Reno had walls taken out, beams installed, laundry moved, master suite added.

And of course all things painted by yours truly 😁😁😁

Finished up the Grafton flip house the other day. If you know anyone looking for a home in the Grafton area, this one will be going on the market soon.

To say what we didn’t do would be easier!!! The before and after pictures are pretty much in the same place. We demo’d walls, added walls, took out windows and doors, added windows and doors. Total makeover for this home.
