Another milestone at Brookline Woods!

Eversource crews have been on-site at Brookline Woods in Brookline, NH, advancing electrical utility work for the development. This marks an important step as construction progresses throughout the site, with the project team working toward the turnover of the first six buildings in early November.

Progress update at the New Hampshire State Police Aviation Hangar Bay in Concord!

Exterior framing and utility work is now complete, marking another milestone as the expanded hangar bay continues to take shape. Up next, crews will begin installing the new wall and roof panels, with interior framing to follow.

Keeping with the golf theme…

Fulcrum recently held our 6th Annual Employee Golf Tournament, and it was a fantastic day spent outside the office with the team!

From prizes and plenty of laughs to some great moments out on the course, it’s always a fun opportunity to get everyone together and enjoy a little friendly competition.

Progress update at Pelham Terrace!

The new six-unit building has reached another milestone, with framing, roofing, and siding now complete. Inside, MEP work is underway as the new residences continue to take shape and the team prepares for the next stages of interior construction.
