Today we’re highlighting Buffalo Air Handling, a long-standing Amherst County manufacturer with a history dating back to 1878.
While the company’s roots go back more than a century, its connection to Amherst County began in 1977, when the Amherst facility was built specifically to manufacture air-handling units. Today, Buffalo Air Handling continues to design and manufacture custom air-handling systems serving a wide range of industries, including hospitals and health care, pharmaceutical, chemical, semiconductor, food, automotive and institutional markets.
Buffalo Air Handling’s work combines engineering, skilled fabrication, advanced manufacturing and craftsmanship to produce highly specialized equipment used in facilities around the country and around the world.
