Excited to share that our newest student housing project at Buena Vista University is officially complete and occupied for the academic year!

This project introduced a new living experience to campus — an apartment-style residence hall designed to foster student independence while maintaining the convenience and connection of on-campus life.

The building features two styles of luxury two-bedroom suites, along with commons and study areas on every floor to support academic work. Additional amenities include laundry facilities on each level and a fitness center on the main floor.

It’s incredibly rewarding to see students actively using and enjoying the spaces we designed. Grateful to be part of a project that helps shape the next generation’s campus experience!
