A decade is a long time, and a lot has changed at Behle since Adam came on board. He’s worked his way up over the years, taken on more responsibility, always willing to lend a hand whenever it's needed, and become someone we count on to figure things out. He's become someone that every team member relies on, which means that he's won Employee of the Year so many times that he finally asked us to let someone else have a chance. That tells you a lot about what it's like to have Adam on your team and the type of coworker he has been over the years.
