First full day on this one, solid progress thanks to my niece giving a helping hand, she’s quite the worker and self sufficient! Should be done framing tomorrow and then on to the next one until plumbing/electrical rough-ins are finished, then we’ll be back to hang drywall, tape and mud.

Next project coming up, finishing a basement. This one will go in phases as usual, first up is furring out the foundatio...

Next project coming up, finishing a basement. This one will go in phases as usual, first up is furring out the foundation wing walls, then the electrician and plumber will have to do their thing. Once that’s done, I’ll hang drywall, tape/mud to finish, replace some pocket doors with swing doors, and install a barn style door. I’ll take progress photos along the way.
