What started as a leak under a jetted tub turned into a big problem when black mold was discovered spreading through the surrounding walls and flooring.

We contained the affected area and safely removed all contaminated materials, including sections of drywall, flooring, and the existing tub. Mold isn't always visible, and what you can't see can cause significant damage!

The good news: demolition is complete, the mold has been fully remediated, a new tub has been installed, and we're well into the rebuilding phase.
