This is a recent project we finished in Amboy for a front porch that was taken out by a large tree limb. We removed the entire porch and rebuilt it from the ground up. It's always challenging working on 100+ year old homes due to the years of settling that inevitably happens. However, our team did our best to update the porch without taking away from the character of the home. We think it turned out great and this porch is stronger than before!

We've been busy with projects in Woodhaven the past few weeks! Call us for any and all property needs. We have you covered!

Two jobs that we want to highlight specifically: a driveway retaining wall job and a new trailer pad and trailer install job.

Driveway Retaining Wall Repair and Replacement

We were contracted by a property owner to remove a failing retaining wall for their large driveway. The old timbers were rotting and about to fail. The last installer didn't account for proper drainage, which caused premature failure of their retaining wall.

We removed the bad timber, installed proper drainage, and installed new treated timber. Then, we brought in some new gravel and compacted the surface for a nice, stable base that will provide a great parking surface. We completed this job in a few days, and it turned out great. Another satisfied customer!

Trailer Pad, Install, Level and Hookup

We were contracted by a property owner who needed to have their lot prepped for a very large new trailer.

Our scope included relocating a deck that was next to the old trailer, disconnecting and removing the old trailer from the lot, installing a new level pad with a treated timber border, and placing their new massive trailer on the pad. We also leveled their new trailer and connected the sewer and water service.

The logistics of moving this beast of a trailer into place while maneuvering around trees and obstacles was challenging. We brought in extra hands and eyes to ensure we were perfectly aligned.

After some long hours and anxiety about the 6 inches of rain two days before the trailer arrived, everything worked out as planned. Our customer was extremely happy with how it went.

We reassembled the deck for their new trailer and added steps and support to give them a beautiful new setup that will be their home away from home for years to come.
