Our business has now spanned across three generations built on honesty, integrity, and dedication to the betterment of the trade. We uphold these same values to this day.

Without the foundational groundwork put in by my grandfather, along with the 45+ years of dedication my father poured into this trade, we would not be where we are today. We are forever grateful for their hard work and determination.

What a job this one was! After continued sewage back ups at this property, we determined the curb trap needed to be removed from this sewer line. We started by cutting and removing concrete in the basement to expose the existing cast iron sewer line. We then cut the concrete sidewalk and pavement. With the help of Caddick Utilities and Blair Services, we hydrovac’d over 10 feet deep to expose the buried curb trap in the street. We removed and disposed of the cast iron trap and piping. We then installed new 4” schedule 40 PVC piping back into the building, joining back to the existing cast iron piping above ground. Once all of the new plumbing was tested, we completely restored the street, sidewalk, and basement with new crushed stone and concrete. We’d like to thank the following; Deck's Landscaping Inc., Caddick Utilities, Blair Services, Ambler Borough Public Works, and the Ambler Borough Police. Without everyone’s help, none of this would’ve been possible.

Recently installed water service in Lower Gwynedd Township with the help of Deck's Landscaping Inc.. The homeowner was previously on a well contaminated with excessive PFA chemicals. They opted to change over the well water supply for irrigation only. We then installed a new 1” copper service line from the curb stop to the home and connected back to the domestic water piping in the basement.

We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our owner, John J. Luskin, after a brief but courageous battle with cancer.

John was a highly skilled master plumber who dedicated his life to providing superior service to his customers. Throughout his career, he built many long-standing relationships founded on trust, integrity, and an unwavering commitment to the betterment of the trade.

He was a proud member of the Montgomery County Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling Contractors Association, where he generously mentored the next generation of contractors. He was always willing to lend a helping hand and share his knowledge.

Even as his health began to decline, he never stopped teaching or offering guidance drawn from decades of experience. He will forever be recognized as one of the greats in the industry.

His legacy will live on for many years to come—in the trade he loved, in the people he mentored, and in the countless customers he served.

The business will continue to operate in John’s honor.
