Golden Spread Roofing is seeking a motivated and professional Roofing Sales Representative to join our team.
This is a commission-based sales position offering the opportunity to build your income through performance, relationship building, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
• Meeting with residential and commercial property owners
• Performing roof inspections and identifying potential damage or roofing needs
• Educating customers on available roofing solutions and guiding them through the sales process
• Assisting customers with both retail and insurance-related roofing projects
• Following up with leads and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Accurately documenting customer and project information
• Representing Golden Spread Roofing with professionalism and integrity
Qualifications:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
• Ability to work independently and manage leads effectively
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Sales experience is preferred but not required
• Roofing or construction experience is a plus but not required
• Must be willing to undergo a background check
Roofing experience is not required. We are willing to train the right candidate who is motivated to learn, committed to providing excellent customer service, and ready to grow within the roofing industry.
Compensation: Commission-based
