At Covenant Homes, every project is personal.

With more than 15 years of experience in construction, an engineering degree, and a Passive House certification, Chance brings a unique combination of technical knowledge, building science expertise, and craftsmanship to every job. Whether he’s building a custom home from the ground up or transforming an existing space through remodeling, his goal is always the same: to create spaces that serve families well for years to come.

His engineering background and specialized training in high-performance building help him approach projects with careful planning, attention to detail, efficiency, and creative problem-solving. Combined with years of hands-on experience, these skills allow him to deliver quality workmanship and lasting value for his clients.

From kitchens and bathrooms to whole-home renovations and custom builds, he enjoys helping homeowners bring their vision to life.

When he’s not on a job site, he’s spending time with his wife, Lauren, and their three children, cheering them on in all their activities, or enjoying life with family and friends.
