This customer had an addition put on to their business and the contractor that put the new plumbing in did not bed the new pipe in the underground correctly so it settled causing the whole sewer line to back up in the bathroom and surgery room. We cut up the concrete, ripped out the pipe that wasn’t installed correctly and re installed it with the proper bedding and fall to drain properly
