Nothing beats seeing a building come to life. The New Richmond Community Library is open, and it's already full of people using the space the way it was meant to be used — from quiet reading corners to kids’ story time to busy meeting rooms. We loved building this one, and we love seeing it in action even more.

Take a look at the newly renovated Hampton Inn in Menomonie, Wisconsin.

We recently completed an interior Property Improvement Program (PIP) for Hampton Inn, delivering new finishes throughout the property while the hotel remained open.

Scope included:

- New flooring, lighting, and wall coverings throughout

- Updated bathrooms in all guest rooms

- Renovated corridors, lobby, and front desk area

- Refreshed breakfast area and fitness center

Interior renovations in an operating hotel involve different logistics than new construction—phasing, noise control, and keeping rooms available for guests all factor into the schedule. Our team worked closely with ownership to keep the property running throughout.

Another great day on the course!

We were proud to be a sponsor at the Menomonie Area Chamber & Visitor Center Annual Golf Outing and had a great time connecting with the local business community and testing their competitive spirit with our head-hoop basketball game.

We had a great time at the Altoona Police Department's National Night Out last night! Our team set up a build station for the kids to build their very own city!
